Shipping & returns

You have up to 14 days after receipt to cancel your order. After your notification, you have another 14 days to return your product(s).

Conditions:
● The product must be undamaged and show no signs of use
● In case of visible signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In that case, the product will be sent back to you.

Costs:
● Return shipping costs are at your own expense
● You will receive a refund of the purchase price after we receive the product
● Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the entire order is returned (standard delivery)

● Would you like to return something? Send an email to contact@vijfvoortwaalf.com with your name and order number.
● After notification, you will receive return instructions. You then have 14 days to return your product(s).
